My music festival is created for artists trying to break out in the music world and one or two popular names who have just made it, this is where the name for the festival came from, ‘Breakout’. All sorts of music genres will be allowed at the festival, there will be about 3 different stages and each of them will have different music playing at different times throughout the day. My festival will be aimed at all ages of music lovers as I would like to see people broaden their tastes and not just stick to the one genre. This ad campaign will also be aimed at Teenagers as they are the age group most likely to attend an event such as this one. There will be an age restriction rule that no one under 15 will be allowed entry without adult (18+) supervision.
I am hoping that the atmosphere of my festival will be a comfortable one for everyone, one that enables people to not be judged by what they look like or listen to, one where people with differences are able to find similarities. There will be theme park rides in the festival with bundle admission prices for cheap entry and raffles and competitions throughout the day to keep everyone happy. There will be food stands and water tanks to keep everyone refreshed and full.
The area needed for an event such as this one will need to be a large one such as the show grounds. or a large grassed area preferably close to Melbourne. There will be lots of bins around the place to encourage people not to litter because we would like to do our bit in helping the environment.
